fc187 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Upon account suspension or termination for cause, fc187 may withhold all Real Money and Bonus Balances pending investigation. Where fraud or breach is confirmed, balances may be forfeited in whole or in part. Where suspension is not for cause (e.g., player-requested closure), verified Real Money Balances will be returned to the player after identity verification.
