Section 7
Data Sharing and Disclosure
fc187 does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share personal data only in the following circumstances and only to the extent necessary for the stated purpose:
7.1 Service Providers and Processors
fc187 engages third-party service providers who process personal data on our behalf under written data processing agreements that comply with the DPA. These include:
- Payment processors and e-wallet operators (GCash, Maya, InstaPay, bank clearing systems)
- Identity verification and KYC processing services
- Anti-fraud and AML monitoring technology providers
- Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers (data stored in secured facilities)

- Game software providers (JILI, live dealer studios) — only technical session data necessary for game delivery
7.2 Regulatory and Law Enforcement Authorities
fc187 may disclose personal data to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission (NPC), the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), and other Philippine government authorities where required by law, court order, or regulatory direction. Such disclosures are made only to the extent required and are not within fc187's discretion to decline.
7.3 Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, sale, or transfer of fc187's business or assets, personal data held by fc187 may be transferred to the acquiring entity as part of the transaction. Players will be notified of any such transfer that materially affects the handling of their personal data.

fc187 may share your personal data with third parties not described above where you have expressly consented to such sharing. You may withdraw this consent at any time.
Section 8
International Data Transfers
fc187 primarily processes and stores personal data within the Philippines. Where personal data is transferred to service providers or systems located outside the Philippines — for example, where cloud infrastructure or game software providers operate internationally — fc187 ensures that such transfers comply with Section 21 of the DPA and the NPC's guidelines on cross-border data transfers.
International transfers are conducted only where:
- The recipient country provides an adequate level of personal data protection as determined by the NPC, or
- Appropriate safeguards are in place, including standard contractual clauses approved by the NPC or equivalent binding corporate rules, or
- The transfer is necessary for the performance of your contract with fc187, or
- You have provided explicit informed consent to the transfer.
Section 9
Data Retention Periods
fc187 retains personal data for the following periods, after which data is securely deleted or anonymized unless a longer retention period is required by law:
- Account data and KYC documents: Retained for the duration of the account relationship and for 5 years after account closure, in compliance with PAGCOR requirements and the Anti-Money Laundering Act.
- Financial transaction records: Retained for a minimum of 5 years from the date of the transaction, as required by Philippine AML regulations and BIR record-keeping rules.
- Gaming activity logs: Retained for 3 years from the date of each session or wager, for dispute resolution and responsible gaming monitoring purposes.
- Customer support records: Retained for 2 years from the date of the interaction, unless a related dispute or investigation extends the retention period.
- Marketing consent records: Retained for the duration of the active consent and for 3 years after withdrawal of consent, to demonstrate compliance.
- Technical and device logs: Retained for 90 days for security monitoring purposes, after which they are deleted or aggregated in anonymized form.
Post-retention deletion: When the applicable retention period expires, personal data is either permanently deleted using secure erasure methods, or anonymized such that it can no longer be associated with any individual, for use in aggregate analytics only.
Section 10
Security Measures
fc187 implements and maintains technical and organizational security measures appropriate to the nature of the personal data processed and the risks involved. These measures include:
- Encryption at rest: All stored personal data is encrypted using AES-256 encryption. KYC documents and financial records are subject to additional access controls.
- Encryption in transit: All data transmitted between your device and fc187 servers is protected using TLS 1.2 or higher, including fc187 Login sessions, payment transactions, and API communications.
- Access controls: Access to personal data within fc187 is restricted on a strict need-to-know basis. Staff with access to player personal data are subject to confidentiality obligations and regular security training.
- Two-factor authentication: fc187 Login supports two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP. Players are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA to protect account access.
- Intrusion detection and monitoring: fc187 operates continuous security monitoring systems that detect and respond to unauthorized access attempts, anomalous activity, and potential data breaches.
- Penetration testing: fc187 engages independent security specialists to conduct periodic penetration testing of the platform's infrastructure and applications.
- Incident response: fc187 maintains a documented data breach response plan. In the event of a breach that poses a real risk of serious harm to data subjects, fc187 will notify the NPC within 72 hours and notify affected players without undue delay.
Player responsibility: The security of your fc187 account also depends on your own practices. Use a strong, unique password for fc187 Login, enable 2FA, do not share your credentials, and always log out on shared devices. Report suspected unauthorized access to fc187 support immediately.
Section 11
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
fc187 uses cookies and similar technologies on its platform. A cookie is a small data file stored on your device by your browser when you visit a website. fc187 uses the following categories of cookies:
11.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies
These cookies are essential for the fc187 platform to function. They enable secure fc187 Login sessions, remember your authentication state, manage your wallet session, and ensure games load correctly. Strictly necessary cookies cannot be disabled — disabling them would prevent you from using fc187.
11.2 Functional Cookies
Functional cookies remember your preferences (such as language, preferred game lobby view, and responsible gaming settings) to improve your experience on fc187. These cookies do not track activity across other websites.
11.3 Analytics Cookies
Analytics cookies help fc187 understand how players use the platform — which games are most popular, where players encounter difficulty, and how to improve the user experience. Analytics data is aggregated and anonymized where possible. These cookies are only placed with your consent.
11.4 Cookie Management
You can control non-essential cookies through your browser settings. Disabling analytics cookies will not affect your ability to use fc187, but may mean that we cannot improve the platform based on your usage patterns. Detailed cookie settings are available in the fc187 cookie preference centre, accessible from the platform footer.
Section 12
Minors and Age Restriction
fc187 is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. PAGCOR mandates a minimum age of 21 for real-money casino gaming in the Philippines. fc187 does not knowingly collect or process personal data from any person under 21 years of age.
If fc187 discovers that personal data has been collected from a player under 21 years of age, we will immediately:
- Suspend the account and void all associated balances and winnings
- Delete the personal data collected from the underage individual as soon as it is safe to do so (after any mandatory reporting obligations are fulfilled)
- Notify PAGCOR where required under our licensing conditions
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 21 may have registered an fc187 account, please contact fc187 support immediately via live chat or at the email address set out in Section 16.
